2027 Medicare Annual Enrollment Update
October 15 – December 7, 2026
This is Loran Marmes with We Know Medicare. Annual Enrollment is here for Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D plans. This page will walk you through what you need to know and what, if anything, you need to do.
The Medicare Annual Enrollment Period runs from October 15 through December 7 each year. During this time, you can review your current Medicare Advantage or Part D prescription drug coverage and make changes for the upcoming year if needed.
Before making any changes or scheduling an appointment, the first thing I want you to do is review the Annual Notice of Change from your current plan.
First Step: Review Your Annual Notice of Change
Your current Medicare Advantage or Part D plan should send you an Annual Notice of Change, commonly called an ANOC.
This notice explains the changes being made to your plan for 2027. Depending on your plan, this may include changes to premiums, copays, prescription drug coverage, pharmacies, provider networks, benefits, or other plan details.
Please review your ANOC before doing anything else.
If you are comfortable with the changes being made to your current plan, there is nothing you need to do during the Annual Enrollment Period.
If something has changed that concerns you, your prescriptions or healthcare needs have changed, or you are unsure about something in the notice, continue down this page and I will explain the next steps.

I merged my Medicare business with We Know Medicare, and as part of that transition I took over service for several existing books of Medicare clients.
If you previously worked with another agent, you may now be working with me for your Medicare questions and annual plan reviews.
